The Transit of Mars from 25th June is not favorable it will join Saturn , though degreewise these will be quite at a distance of more than 15 degrees till Middle of July so the favorable time is not indicated after 15th July 2012.Saturn in itself is also not in favorable transit from his Moon sign thus bringing some restriction.
Jupiter Saturn movement is very good from the Ascendant Chart but not free from some negativity.On the day of Election Saturn , Rahu and Jupiter become more favorable with Sun Mercury Venus also joining.

Prime Minister. Manmohan Singh took oath on 22 May 2009 at 1830 hrs at Delhi. At the time of the oath ceremony the planetary position was as follows. Pluto – Sagittarius, Rahu – Capricorn, Jupiter, Neptune- Aquarius, Mars, Venus, Uranus – Pisces, Moon- Aries, Sun, Mercury- Taurus, Ketu – Cancer and Saturn in Leo.
Since at the time of swearing in the Scorpio Ascendant was rising but it was rising at 0-09-30 Degrees the effect of Libra on Ascendant is also to be considered.Conseqeuentially the Ascendant Lord Mars and Venus both joined together move in 6th house with Moon.It gives indication that Ascendant Lord, 12th house partial ,7th house partial,8th house partial and 1/3rd of 10th house goes in 6th house.Interpretation:-(i)Being 12th lord and 8th lord (half each) Venus yields Vipreet Raj Yoga.Being 1st and 7th lord in 6th house it indicates trouble,sickness and tiredness of the Leader(iii)Being 2/3rd of 9th house and 1/3rd of 10th house.Saturn ,being lord of 3rd and 4th house ,in Leo in 10th house is in enemies house.Though situated in Fixed sign but in enemies house is not smooth.
